Policies

Shipping: Please allow up to 7 days of processing for packages to be shipped out however they are usually sent out within 3 days.If your order says that it is pending your items will not be packed or sent until it clears! 

Damaged or lost items: Please consider insuring your package so that USPS can compensate you for a lost or damaged item. I will not personally refund you as it is out of my hands and I do EVERYTHING I can to ensure a safe delivery. So again consider insuring your package.

Shipping Address: TRIPLE Check your address before purchasing. I am not responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address. 

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted if the order is not yet packed.

General Refunds / Returns: I do not refund or accept returns on “unwanted items” so please read all of the description especially the quantity and measurements! 

 

Scammers: If you try and scam this business ie fraudulent chargeback requests…LEGAL action WILL be taken against YOU. To keep this scam free and safe if your order is deemed suspicious I will email you for confirmation that you are ordering this. Your order will not be sent out until you confirm back. Thank you!!!
